MOVE-IN FROM MARCH 2024
THE SHARED APARTMENT:
You will live in a shared apartment where you have your own private bedroom and private bathroom. Together with your roomies you will share a fully furnished home with a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy living room. But, there is more, there is also a Hangout space on the first floor where you can meet other colivers in the hub. Here you can socialize, play games, work, study, watch movies and more. Your social life is entirely within walking distance! The shortest contract period with us is two (2) months, this to preserve a sense of stability in the community and in your future home. This is included:

THE PRIVATE BEDROOM:
The private bedroom is semi-furnished.
When you move in with COLIVE, you need to buy a starter kit, which includes a top mattress, mattress cover and shower curtain. This will be invoiced after you have signed the contract (price: 950 SEK – 1250 SEK, depending on the size of the bed).
THE AREA:
A short bike ride from the city, in the southeastern outskirts of Gothenburg you will find Kallebäck which is part of Örgryte. The former dairy area, with a mile-wide view of Gothenburg, is now being converted into the residential area Kallebäcks Terrasser. In addition to housing, you will find everything from restaurants, shops, cafes, gyms and workplaces. Here you can also enjoy nature, on the adjacent Lackarebäcksberget and in Delsjön which is a stone's throw away.
The communications into the city centre are very good and it only takes 10 minutes by bus to Korsvägen. Bus50 operates the route frequently.
