You will spend a pleasant stay in Bordeaux. Practical and comfortable, this apartment is designed to offer a living space and an optimal layout. With a surface of 32 sqm, this apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with one double bed of 160 cm and an independent bathroom. You will also have a free WiFi access and a flat screen tv with TNT. With your reservation you have a free parking space. You can benefit from the fitness room of the residence in free access. Pets are allowed with a supplement payable locally. During your stay you can enjoy hotel paying services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast buffet). Cleaning at the end of the stay as well as a weekly cleaning, with change of linen, are included. In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence. ARRIVAL: The reception is open until 21:30 on weekdays and from 08:30 to 12:30 / 16:00 to 20:00 on weekends and holidays.
