Location
A perfect location in the center of Florence, a few steps from major tourist attractions, from where it becomes comfortable to enjoy the calm walks by feet or by bicycle studying the city and in any case staying a short distance from Santa Maria Novella station to explore other Tuscan cities. All services such as restaurants, bars, shops and etc. are within walking distance; while it should be noted that the building, despite being quiet old, has a fairly large lift.
Description
B&B of great charm, which was created inside a large apartment thanks to the 2012 reconstruction and which develops circularly around the stairwell. The main entrance leads onto a very bright and large reception-hall which on one side gives onto a large dining room with open kitchen where breakfast is served for guests and on the other side a large living room with fireplace and beautiful views of the Brunelleschi's dome. A corridor leads to 4 double bedrooms, each with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and small space for relaxation as well as a mini-bar area. in common there are also a sitting room for reading, large bathroom and a closet used for the needs of the structure. Three bathrooms of four are served by beautiful tubs with hydromassage, while the fourth is equipped with a shower.
State and finishes
The structure has been recently renovated with great care and attention to details; have been used the materials of great value and stylish furniture that will remain in the property. All rooms are equipped with maximum comfort - TV, air conditioning, telephone line and fiber, bathrooms with hydromassage tubs or showers of the latest generation. it does not require any type of work.
