THE "BUÑOLI" POSSESSION, A rough diamond in the middle of nature, only 10. Km. from Palma!

BUNYOLI~ ~ For many, many years, generations have preserved this rough diamond called Bunyoli. It is located on more than 250 hectares, with lush hundred-year-old trees, panoramic views of greenery and nature. ~ ~ Near the village of Establiments. Next door is "la Serra de Tramuntana", a World Heritage Site, awarded by UNESCO in 2011.~ ~ The history of the estate began in 1232, when the Barony of Bunyoli was founded. For hundreds of years its fields served as a source of income, with carob, orange and wine crops, as well as olive trees from which they extracted the oil from their own taphona. They also traded in animal husbandry, such as sheep.~ ~ The path that leads to the main house is lined with majestic calypsos, which reach a height of 36 metres, and culminates in the clastra that surrounds the mansion, as well as the tafona, the house of the master and with views of much of the land. The estate has built approximately 7,500 mts. ~ ~ The mansion dates from 1698, built in stone and marés. It has 4 floors with 2,838 square meters, distributed in living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, some with bathroom en suite, as well as large terraces and balconies. Each room has huge windows, from where you can enjoy privileged views of the countryside, the mountains, the city of Palma and even the sea!~ ~ Surrounded by a splendid garden, there is a beautiful chapel that used to give religious service to all the nearby regions and has been used until a few years ago for family events.~ ~ Eager to restore the splendour of this historical possession, we offer people interested in living the experience of designing the future of the new era of Bunyoli.
