We would like to offer you an exceptional property with a wide range of commercial use. It is a former restaurant with accommodation in the village Ostrovačice, located near Brno. The restaurant is easily accessible from the D1 motorway and is in close proximity to the renowned Masaryk Circuit race track, so it is traditionally sought after by members of automobile clubs from all over Europe. The history of the restaurant dates back to the 30s of the 20th century and shows the great enthusiasm and diligence with which the then owners embarked on its operation. It has become a popular place for famous personalities from culture and sport, and especially for fans of car racing, in the spirit of which the building is furnished. Since 2014, the property has been undergoing a complete reconstruction, including exteriors, the last modifications were completed in 2015.
On the ground floor of the restaurant there are receptions and places for corporate and social events. These include a large hall with a capacity of 60-100 seats, two separate lounges with 24 and 20 seats, a bar with 10 seats and 4 seats at the bar. The outdoor, partially roofed garden with barbecue can accommodate another 32 people. In the garden it is possible to set up a playground with a sandpit, swing and slide. A private double garage is also in the garden. On the ground floor of the building there is also a large kitchen and a room for staff. A spacious warehouse and technical facilities, in which there is a gas boiler and a tank for hot water, are located in the basement of the building.
The advantage of the complex is its location, visitors can easily reach it by two exits from the D1 motorway. It is the closest restaurant with accommodation to the Masaryk Circuit, where automobile and motorcycle races are held every year. Therefore, the hotel was regularly and frequently visited by members of foreign teams. Another strategic advantage is the proximity of the Brno Exhibition Centre (15 minutes drive) and the Brno dam.
Ostrovačice and its surroundings also offer a number of other interesting tourist destinations. Cycling routes along the White Stream or the Brno Wheel are popular. You can visit the nearby riding stables Brno-Bosonohy, the most famous South Moravian golf course Kaskáda, the year-round open aquapark in Kohoutovice or thermal baths.
