Do you love Sicily but can't stand the fiery heat of summer? My house is located in a mountain village. The climate in summer is ideal with temperatures that do not exceed 27 degrees. The house is in the village and on foot you can reach the countryside in five minutes. The village of Alia is small but very dynamic with restaurants, bars, shops and schools. The house was an old mill. Then it was transformed, renovated and today the house has a particular charm. The environment is rustic, bright, quiet and very warm.
The first floor consists of an equipped and habitable kitchen with a large closed storage room next to it. From the kitchen you arrive in a corridor that disengages the other rooms. The heart of the house is the large open space that serves as a living room and dining room. From the living room you arrive in a bright panoramic studio from where you can see the mountains. The bedrooms are three. The largest houses a privative bathroom with shower, a dressing room and a French window that opens onto the terrace. The second bedroom is also a double bedroom and the third is a smaller room. The studio and the rooms all have a parquet. The main bathroom is with shower, bathtub and bidet. This first floor has a terrace of about 50 square meters while a smaller terrace is located on the roof. From this terrace you arrive in a room that you can transform according to your needs. The living room and kitchen have a cold and hot air conditioner. The boiler is condensing and the heating is autonomous methane. The windows are in double glazing 363. The surface of this first floor is about 200 square meters. The ground floor consists of a rented shop that relates a monthly income. A covered garage and a warehouse.
The whole represents an area of about 180 square meters. On the ground floor there are also two covered parking spaces and a garden of about 100 square meters. The property is fenced.
