You enter the house through an armored door with contemporary design, light wood, elegant, which leads us suddenly to a surprising glass cube, which invites us irremediably to enter it, and like a sleepwalker, you open one of its large sliding doors, you enter and instinctively, you direct your gaze towards the sky. A magical experience without a doubt.
The floor of this first patio is made of IPE (ArtFulc Classic), and the greenery and freshness is provided by decorative trees perfectly located.
From this magic glass cube, the loft is configured with 4 corridors, or a single square corridor, which extends on its sides occupying all the spaces. The floor area of the house is square limestone tiles. The house is offered unfurnished, with the exception of several wardrobes in practically all rooms.
In the central space is the kitchen, equipped with sink, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and refrigerator. From this point of the loft you can see two of the three rooms that the apartment has. They are at different level but totally in sight, one of them en suite with bathroom and exit to a second patio somewhat smaller but just as pleasant decorated with several floors.
The second bedroom shares the patio from a higher level that is reached by climbing several steps, also has a bathroom and a complete panoramic view over the kitchen and the rest of the house.
The third bedroom is located at one end of the loft, has a built-in wardrobe and a large iron window that provides light and ventilation to the space. It has automatic blinds, and full bathroom.
Heating and air conditioning are offered through heat and cold pump that is distributed by the ceiling with circular section ducts throughout the house. It has 2 thermostats for two different temperatures.
